I've previously shown you a small number of Yasmin and Andy's wedding images at Warwick Castle here on this blog, and now want to reveal a few more. Ever since they booked me last year, I've been really looking forward to shooting their wedding. After all, what wedding photographer in Warwickshire wouldn't be over the moon about shooting at this fantastic venue. To top it off, Yasmin and Andy are one of the nicest couples around which made the whole day even more fun.The day started at 'The Kenilworth', a boutique hotel in ...... Kenilworth. The bridal preparations were a very relaxed affair with Grace the make-up artist in full swing.

The white shape in the foreground is Yasmin's gorgeous wedding dress which was hanging from the skylight window. It was this window that gave the room such beautiful soft light.

I spent a while with them and then tried to find the Groom and his entourage to take a some images. But there was a slight problem, I couldn't find them anywhere. A few partners of said entourage made some phone calls and we eventually located them all in the pub opposite the hotel! They returned swiflty and started to get ready. There are very few men in this world that can tie a 'Full Windsor' knot perfectly on their first attempt. Most will succeed within five attempts. But Andy and his crew needed a few more, possibly something to do with the constant fits of laughter.

Leaving the fits of giggles behind in the Groom's room, and the serenity of the Bride's room, I headed off to Warwick Castle. I met up with the ever efficient staff of the Castle, and took a few detail images before the guests arrived and the ceremony started. The service went smoothly and was full of love and emotion. The speeches were sincere and moving. And the partying was entertaining, all within this magnificent setting. Here are a few more images from their day.

Since the wedding day I've had a lovely email from Yasmin: "Martin, thank you for being such a great photographer. Our day was just perfect. We have received the photos and they are fab. Thank you so very much".
