Hi everyone, it's time to post about a recent wedding that took place earlier this summer. I first met Sally & Chris at a Wedding Open Day last year during one of those many baking hot days. When they told me the name of their wedding venue, Hartlebury Castle, I did a quick Google search because it was unfamiliar to me. It looked, and sounded, intriguing so I was delighted when Sally & Chris booked me to be their wedding photographer. Plus it's always nice to shoot somewhere new. Tucked away in the Worcestershire countryside, and close to Kidderminster, this venue has heaps of character especially indoors.

The weather forecast suggested a potentially challenging day with high winds, rain showers and chilly temperatures. However it's rare that it rains all day long, so we were keeping our fingers and toes crossed for any break in the weather. It has a fun day, and Sally & Chris had visibly showed what a great time they were having with their friends and family. Oh, and check out Sally's dress, it was homemade by an aunt. Here are a few images from their day.

Here was that break in the weather, priceless.

Another peach of a wedding, spending time with some lovely people, and shooting at a new wedding venue which I really enjoyed. Thanks Sally & Chris, and thanks Hartlebury Castle, that was fun. Have a great weekend everybody, and I hope you come back soon for the next blog post. Martin.
