Mabel and Wilfred's (I'll explain about these made up names later) wedding took place at the start of the autumn down in Kent. What was a Warwickshire Wedding Photographer doing in Kent, having an amazing time capturing the wedding venue at the stupendous Leeds Castle. Mabel contacted me over the Easter period earlier this year, to enquire about my availability on their wedding date. When I said that I was still available Mabel told me about their chosen venue. When I heard those words 'Leeds Castle', I nearly passed out.

With the date pencilled in my diary, a contract was written and posted off soon afterwards. A few days later I received a phone call from Wilfred, who was Mabel's husband to be. Wilfred was very keen to keep their identity away from the internet, including images of themselves and their familie's faces. With this in mind Wilfred was concerned about the wording of the contract. "No problem" I replied, "I'll reword the contract". Hence the made up names of Mabel and Wilfred were born.

I've obviously respected their wishes, and have even contacted them recently to ask if it was ok to show these anonymous images on this blog. A thumbs up was given. This is maybe my first time as a wedding photographer where I've blogged about a wedding, without showing any faces of the Bride and Groom. Being a Sneak Peek post I'll only show just a few, with a further post about their stunning Leeds Castle wedding soon. As ever, please feel to leave a comment.
