Hannah & James - Get To Know You Shoot

Hi everyone, and welcome to another wedding photography blog post from my office here in Leamington Spa. This time, we say hello to Hannah & James who had their 'Get To Know You Shoot' last weekend. Hannah & James have been in a similar situation like many couples at the moment, with their original wedding day having to be rescheduled from last year to a later date this year. With that in mind, it was time for their shoot, and we arranged to meet up at the top of the Burton Dassett hills here in Warwickshire.

It was at the start of the gorgeous hot and sunny weather that we've experienced recently, which meant it was even more enjoyable being up there. I asked why they had chosen Burton Dassett as their location for the shoot, and they explained that this was where James had proposed to Hannah on Guy Fawkes night a few years ago. They said that they could see fireworks from miles away on top of the hills, how cool is that? We soon got going with the shoot, and they very quickly relaxed into the session. Here are just a few of the images that were taken.

As you can see it was a very fun session and I get the feeling that their wedding day is going to be a great day. After the shoot, we went through a few details about the wedding day, and I shall gather more information closer to the time.
