Eve & Dan - The Wordsworth Wedding Photography

At the end of the summer I drove up to The Lake District to cover Eve and Dan's wedding. It was a refreshing change leaving other Wedding Photographers behind in the West Midlands, and shooting again up in Cumbria. It was held at The Wordsworth Hotel in the village of Grasmere near Ambleside. I first met Eve and Dan at another wedding where I was also the photographer, for Milly and Richard. It was fun meeting up with both couples again, this time round the roles were reversed.Dan's family are Scottish, with Eve's coming from the south of England. Hence having their wedding close to the border was a perfect location. To say there was a mixture of accents would be an understatement, and added to the day and gave it a cosmopolitan feel. Their wedding took place within the grounds of the hotel which made dodging the showers easier, we almost had four seasons in one day. It was a really fun wedding to photograph, and hard to believe it took place back in August. Here are a few more images from their wedding day, including some group formal photos that I wouldn't normally publish on the blog.
At the moment I'm deep into a busy editing period and have nearly finished Rabia and Ash's wedding at Warwick Castle last month, then next up is Jess and Kris's wedding from a couple of weeks ago. Here is a link to their 'Get to Know You Shoot'. Please feel free to share this article on Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and Pinterest by using the Social Media icons. Or leave a comment below, it's always nice hearing from people. Have a great weekend everybody, and drop by next week again.
