Ansty Hall is a magnificent 4 Star hotel located in the heart of Warwickshire, and is a popular choice for family holidays, business, special occasions and especially weddings. It is part of the respected Macdonalds chain, and oozes character set within 8 acres of landscaped gardens. Ansty Hall dates back to the 17th Century, and is a Grade 2 listed building. The original Manor of Ansty was demolished and replaced by the current building in 1678, where several generations and families lived through until 1965. It was then restored and converted for use as a hotel. It is a very popular wedding venue in Warwickshire, and for those living in larger towns and cities such as Rugby, Nuneaton, Coventry and Leamington Spa. Ansty Hall hosts several Wedding Fayres during the year, and is a real favourite for many wedding photographers.

Ansty Hall has gained several awards over recent years, including winning the best of West Midlands Romantic Wedding Venue 2019, and was also voted Best of Britain 2020 by Bridebook. The available rooms can comfortably cater for up to 120 wedding guests, with that number increasing up to 150 people for the evening reception in The Orangery. It offers the choice of several rooms for hosting either a wedding ceremony and wedding breakfast. Ansty Hall holds a licence to deliver civil ceremonies. Choosing which room to book will depend on the number of guests attending, especially if you are wanting a small and intimate wedding. Likewise a larger room can be booked for weddings with bigger numbers. Examples of rooms available include The Drawing Room, The Library and The Rose Room.

Ansty Hall has their own dedicated wedding planner, and can assist with you all aspects of wedding planning including room selection, wedding breakfast menu, amongst many other items. It has a guarantee of only hosting one wedding at the venue per day.

One particularly wonderful feature that Asty Hall has, and within just a few paces beyond the grounds, is the beautiful St.James' Church. Just the other side of the gardens, this Church of England church regularly offers weddings to guests of Ansty Hall. It is full of character and can accommodate up to 120 guests.

Ansty Hall is located within easy reach of major road links, including both the M6 and the M69 which are just over a mile away. Other useful roads are the A444 and the A4600. The closest major airport is Birmingham International for those guests travelling from further afield. Coventry has a major train station not far away.

As a keen wedding photographer, I've always loved shooting at Ansty Hall, it's a cracking place to capture a wedding. I've enjoyed several weddings at Ansty Hall, and here are a few links to these. Sarah & James had a church wedding in Coleshill, and then enjoyed their wedding breakfast at Ansty Hall in the Rose Room before moving across to the Orangery for evening celebrations. Here is a link to a short blog post from their wedding.....

Emma & Ryan had their wedding ceremony (In The Drawing Room), wedding breakfast (in The Rose Room) and celebrations (in the Orangery) at Ansty Hall, here is a link to a short blog post of their wedding.

Charlene & Tom had their wedding ceremony at a church in Coventry, and then arrived at Ansty Hall for their wedding breakfast (in the Rose Room) and then the celebrations over in the Orangery. Here is a link across to a short post of their day.

Ansty Hall is a beautiful wedding venue, something you will notice as soon as you arrive at inthe grounds. The building, its rooms and the landscaped gardens all look magnificent in wedding photographs. That's one of the many reasons why I love being a wedding photographer there.
